Who we’re looking for

Seat Unique is looking for a dynamic Partnerships Account Manager who is fuelled by energy and has a genuine passion for sports, music, and live events. The ideal candidate is driven to maximise partner relationships, revenue, and activation rights, ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners within Seat Unique's ecosystem.

We're in the live events business, which means in-person events are our core. This translates to our company culture and  this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ. This in-person environment fosters agility. Being together allows our team to make quick decisions and adapt to the constant changes in our industry.

Responsibilities

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will be entrusted with nurturing and enhancing relationships with a diverse portfolio of esteemed partners. Your role will involve:

 

  • Strategic Data Utilisation: Harness data-driven insights to guide partner discussions, enabling informed decisions that optimise revenue and enhance partner engagement.
  • Maximising Partner Rights: Lead the activation of partner rights to their fullest potential, ensuring partners leverage every opportunity to drive value and engagement.
  • Client-Centric Data Management: Deepen your understanding of partner needs by analysing client data, enabling tailored solutions that resonate with their goals and aspirations.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful relationships with partners through regular communication, understanding their unique requirements, and fostering mutual growth.
  • Driving Partnership Excellence: Elevate partnerships to the next level by identifying innovative opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating agreements that exceed expectations.
  • Revenue Enhancement: Devise revenue-focused strategies, exploring untapped avenues to drive incremental revenue while maintaining a win-win partnership dynamic.
  • Collaborative Solutions: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop customised solutions that align partner objectives with Seat Unique's capabilities.
  • Advocacy and Engagement: Act as a brand advocate, championing partners within Seat Unique and driving engagement initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop comprehensive growth plans for each partner, aligning Seat Unique's offerings with their long-term objectives.
  • Insightful Sales Reporting: Provide partners with insightful sales reports, fostering transparency and data-driven decisions for mutual growth.

Skills & Experience

While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the richness of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include:

  • 1- 2 years' experience in a partnerships role, demonstrating a track record of relationship management excellence.
  • A genuine passion for sports, music, and live events, enabling you to connect authentically with partners.
  • Industry knowledge and experience, allowing you to navigate partner landscapes effectively.
  • A proven ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain composure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a meticulous approach, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked.
  • Strong organisational skills, enabling you to manage and prioritise multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive insights and guide strategic decisions, ensuring data-driven conversations with partners.
  • Experience in maximising partner rights and activation opportunities, ensuring partners derive optimal value.
